Classes are open to beginners, and I encourage consistency within my method and philosophy for the greatest progression and results. Committing to at least two 45-minute classes per week allows you to build strength, awareness, and confidence over time, and witness yourself evolve into your highest self!
Strengthening Full Body Flow

A twice-weekly, deeply strengthening, full-body functional class designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Expect to move freely, sweat, deeply activate muscles, and build balance and stability.
This class is based on Molly’s Barre movement method, a technique-driven approach centred on functional movements that translate into everyday life. The practice is strength-focused, incorporates additional equipment, and is informed by the principles of Pilates and postural alignment drawn from her Pilates expertise.

Beginner Mobility & Strength Flow

a once-weekly class that is both internally restorative and gently strengthening. This grounding practice supports a return home to the body while building strength, stability, and confidence in movement.
The class is centred around Molly’s Barre movement method, beginning with functional, mobilising movements and flowing into a classical Pilates sequence that strengthens while lengthening the body. With an emphasis on mobility through varied ranges of motion, the practice focuses on control, precision of technique, and muscle lengthening. Guaranteeing a challenge of internal strength and stability, both in a supportive, accessible way.

1-2-1 Private Sessions

1–2–1 Private Sessions offer a personalised space to explore, understand, and transform your body through conscious, supportive movement. These sessions are thoughtfully designed around you: your needs, goals, and lived experience. Allowing for meaningful progression and lasting change.
Private sessions are an ideal place to begin, or a powerful way to deepen your practice, especially if you’re seeking hands-on guidance, tailored support, mentorship, or one-to-one coaching. Together, we create a practice that supports your body, your life, and your long-term wellbeing.
Pre-Natal Strengthening Movement Course

A 12-week program (12 classes, one per week) designed to support a deep connection to the intelligent wisdom of your body during pregnancy. The course focuses on working with your body, not against it. We will work to strengthen, mobilise and find ease and acceptance as your body changes.
Through intentional, supportive movement, you’ll feel empowered, energised, and uplifted, while cultivating strength and length in preparation for the arrival of your newborn.
Online Membership

offers three live, 30-minute classes each week, accessible wherever you are in the world. Designed to help you build a consistent ritual and integrate movement into your life, this membership supports feeling grounded, strong, and well, week by week.
At just £30 per month, I have designed this to be an accessible way to stay connected to your body and practice regularly, whether as a standalone offering or alongside in-person classes and private sessions.
